Realtor®Ginger has been a successful full-time REALTOR in Florida since 1980. She moved to Bonita Bay in 1993 to exclusively work with the Bonita Bay developer to sell new construction. Ginger now specializes in both the resale and new construction in Bonita Springs, Naples, and surrounding areas. Ginger has built an excellent reputation of professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity with her clients and fellow Realtors.
Ginger is the principal partner in The Lickley Group. Each partner has been listing and selling homes in Southwest Florida for over 25 years. This includes residential, single family, and high-rise homes as well as new construction. Ginger knows the subtle nuances and differences between communities and has a working knowledge of the associated marinas, beach clubs, tennis clubs, fitness clubs and golf and country clubs.

Ginger was appointed to the John R. Wood Properties Advisory Board of Directors in 2018. This group is comprised of the top 15 Realtors in the company based on closed production for the prior year and provides the company an important source of input on key issues.
